課程概述

本科目為國際企業與經營策略二領域之整合課程,是一門強調科際整合分析與涵養全球視野
思維的學科. 

課程目標
本課程強調對企業之全球經營範圍,做好商業景觀與產業競爭動態發展的審查,針對本身的資
源與能力尋求強化競爭優勢之道,最終目的在於增進國際企業之全球經營績效. 
課程要求
需為台大管理學院的EMBA學生.
